Beaver Creek Trail

Beaver Creek trail is open to hiking and horseback riding. If trailering horses, it is recommended to park at the first trailhead on your left. There is limited parking ahead at the boundary of private land. From Rifle, go south under the I-70 overpass and turn right at the first corner (7th St.). Continue on to Garden Lane which leads into County Road 320. Continue up on to Taugenbaugh Mesa to County Road 317. Turn left on 317 to Forest District Road 824 and the Beaver Creek Trailhead. This trail crosses into private land in areas – stay on trail. For more information visit USDA.gov
